Sign up for a personal SCVO account. After verifying your email address, you can link your account to an organisation. If your organisation is an SCVO member or supporter you will be able to access exclusive content.
Organisations who are eligible for membership based on our eligibility
statement and guidance. SCVO members play an active role in shaping our work. If you are accepted as a
member, you can influence policy, nominate to the Board and have voting rights.
Who can be a supporter?
Anyone who is not eligible to be a member of SCVO, can join us a supporter. While supporters do not have a role in
decision-making or informing our work, this new category will include the public and private sectors, and both
organisational and individual supporters.

I received a password reset link from you but it’s not working, can you send a new one?
Password reset links are only viable for 24 hours so you may need to select ‘reset my password’ from the log-in
I’ve linked my account to my organisation but it’s saying that we are not a member/supporter?
If your organisation isn’t displaying the correct membership status please contact email@example.com and we will look into it.
I’m trying to link my account to my organisation but can’t get it to work can you help?
First you must sign in and then select ‘My organisation’ from the drop down list. You should enter your organisation
name (be mindful of using ‘&’ or ‘and’) or your charity number to find your organisation in the drop down
list. Click on your organisation name to link. There will be a member badge/tick next to your organisation’s
name if you are a member/supporter.

You should check your junk / spam folder first. If you still haven’t received it please email email@example.com
I’m trying to create a user account, and have been told that I will receive a verification email but nothing has arrived and I’ve checked my spam folder what do I need to do?
If you don’t receive your verification email you can opt to resend. If you’re still having problems please email firstname.lastname@example.org
