Lesley Pinder is the Head of Supporter Experience at the British Red Cross. In this session she’ll talk about what ‘experience’ means, how it can shift the way we think about our audiences and improve what we design for them and how we communicate with them.
She’ll also share some of the principles they’ve embedded at the British Red Cross to improve the experience of their supporters and successes (and failures!) along the way before opening up a discussion about how a focus on experience might apply to your audiences, organisations and every day work.
