Overview

Over the past year voluntary sector organisations have been forced to contend with months of uncertainty and challenges, with new expectations, processes, and ways of working thrust upon staff.  

In this brand-new two-part series SCVO’s Lorna Robertson and Maddie Stark, will cover how to manage the continued challenges of remote and hybrid working, as the pandemic continues to affect our daily working lives.

Overall aim

In this session learn how to manage and embrace digital change in these turbulent and challenging environments: empowering employees to do their best work, creating freedom, autonomy, creativity and innovation.

Who was the event aimed at?

This webinar is aimed at anyone with a people management responsibility or involved with their organisation's digital evolution - CEOs and execs, trustees and line managers.

We really want to hear your views and so this event will be a Zoom meeting, which allows all participants to see who else is in attendance and lets us interact with everyone in attendance.
