In this brand-new two-part series SCVO’s Lorna Robertson and Maddie Stark, will cover how to manage the continued challenges of remote and hybrid working, as the pandemic continues to affect our daily working lives.

This session focuses on the practical people management aspect of digital change. Managing issues in remote and hybrid teams can be challenging, and we’re still all working out the best approaches.

This session is aimed at anyone with people management responsibilities and/or involvement with their organisation's digital evolution - CEOs, execs, trustees, managers.

We really want to hear your views and so this event will be a Zoom meeting, which allows all participants to see who else is in attendance and lets us interact with everyone in attendance. We will be taking some time at the end of the session to answer your questions and you can either ask them directly on the day or please feel free to submit a question or comment in the online booking form prior to the event.
