Over the past year voluntary sector organisations have been forced to contend with months of uncertainty and challenges, with new expectations, processes, and ways of working thrust upon staff.

In this brand-new two-part series SCVO’s Lorna Robertson and Maddie Stark, will cover how to manage the continued challenges of remote and hybrid working, as the pandemic continues to affect our daily working lives.

Overall aim

This session focuses on the practical people management aspect of digital change. Managing issues in remote and hybrid teams can be challenging, and we’re still all working out the best approaches.

The main focuses of this session are:

  •  managing resistance to hybrid working
