Overview

We are joined by special guests Ben Holliday and Jaskiran Kang to explore the future of digital transformation, and what we can learn from the biggest crisis in our lifetimes to date - the Covid-19 pandemic.

At the heart of digital transformation, or digital evolution, is the belief that it's possible to do more, that by working in new and creative ways, we can increase the reach and impact of our work for people and the communities we support.

We will explore where culture, inclusion, research, design, technology, data and more have a role to play.

Ben Holliday is Chief Designer at TPXimpact. With over 20 years' experience in design and digital transformation he works with organisations, change programmes and teams to deliver modern digital products and services.‍

Jaskiran Kang is Head of Service Design and Digital Transformation at TPXimpact. She is focused on value proposition design and delivering high quality user experiences. She was previously Head of Design at Department for Education.
