- Overview
This is the first in a series of special lunchtime webinars to look at the role and responsibilities of a charity trustee. Emma Maxwell, Senior Associate at Burness Paull, will provide an overview of the role and key legal responsibilities of a trustee, and areas of potential personal liability. There will be lots of time for you to ask questions and share your own experiences, so you can learn from fellow trustees. You will also find out how to get access to further support and useful templates and toolkits.
