Wraparound support

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) will forward £1,500 funding (to help with setup costs and support) per job to the Gateway when they have confirmation from HMRC that the Kickstart employee are enrolled on your payroll.

From our experience of CJS and from employer feedback we are developing a model, where we will enter into a meaningful partnership with each employer and fill the gaps and enhance on existing support.

Therefore, each employer will receive £1000 of the £1500 for their set up costs, materials, equipment, training and development costs needed.

We are committed to offering both the Kickstart employer and employee additional support/training and will continue to develop a package of support, which currently includes:

  • Kickstart Employee Forum sessions throughout the year
