Description

A recent ACOSVO report has highlighted that leaders of Scottish voluntary organisations are burnt-out and struggling to prioritise their wellbeing. Many leaders feel they have to choose between their leadership positions and their healthy work/life balance and wellbeing. Join ACOSVO Chief Officer, Pat Armstrong OBE and her invited guests to hear about her own personal experience as chief officer as well as practical tips on how to build your personal resilience and take care of your wellbeing, all while juggling the demands of leading your organisation.
