Overall aim

As we emerge from the pandemic, to help reconnect people working in the sector, especially those in communications, with TFN and its staff. To explore what TFN is and how TFN can help advance a charity's aims and campaigns.

Description

TFN is unique in the Scottish media landscape in reporting on voluntary sector news and campaigns. Like every other part of the sector, TFN had to adapt quickly to how it operated during the pandemic. As we slowly re-emerge, we find a very different societal and media landscape. Many people have changed jobs or are new to the sector - opportunities to meet, to make contacts have been few and far between. One thing that hasn't changed is TFN's role in reporting and supporting the voluntary sector. This session is ideal or comms and press officers, but also anyone who is just curious about what TFN is, how it operates and how we can help you. The team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
