"Our aim is to get more structured, get more new people in, get our training package in place. This month we’re doing pyrography, so I’m there every week teaching people how to draw on wood. We were making fairy doors yesterday – all kinds of things. It’s hard work, but it’s enjoyable."

"The big challenge for us is how do we secure a bit more sustainable funding so that we can bring on more staff and grow the way that we want to. It really has taken us since we were incorporated a year or 18 months just to get things like the policies and procedures in place. It's now about starting the grassroots work in earnest, and we've got a couple of projects starting, which is brilliant."
