The Inverclyde CommUnity Hub aims to be a pioneering social enterprise in the heart of Greenock, transforming a major town centre property into a collaborative space where charities, social enterprises, and community organisations come together. Its mission is to create long-term positive impact through accessible services, inclusive facilities, skills development, and opportunities that strengthen the social fabric of Inverclyde.

With a strong focus on accessibility and neurodiversity, the hub will feature a dedicated sensory area, inclusive technologies, and adaptable spaces for training, volunteering, and enterprise. Plans also include a synergistic expansion to incorporate the 'OpticEye OpportUnity Hub', a commercial shared workspace environment, plus an associated 'CommUnity Gym', creating a sustainable ecosystem that links community support with economic growth. Further to these, there is the safe 'Kids Zone' interactive children's area, multiple functional amenities and a dedicated 'Arcade | Gaming | VR' Community Entertainments area.
