The Gathering 2025 took place in-person on 4th and 5th February 2025 at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC).
Organised by SCVO, the Gathering is the largest free voluntary sector event in the UK. It's an opportunity for all the amazing people working in and with the voluntary sector to network, showcase what they do and learn from each other.
As well as bringing you an exhibition and a packed programme of workshops, seminars and activities in-person, we'll also be bring you our most popular events at the Gathering Extra on 5 March 2025.

Catch up on the last Gathering
The previous Gathering took place at the EICC on 7th and 8th November 2023 and online (the Gathering Extra) on 29th November 2023.
Across both events, over 3,500 colleagues and friends from the voluntary sector and beyond came together to enjoy a packed programme of workshops, seminars, activities and networking opportunities. You can learn more about everything that went on at the Gathering in our 2023 round-up!
