By popular demand, we are delighted to share that our exhibition is back for 2025! On this page you'll find information about the exhibition at the Gathering 2025.
At the Gathering exhibition, exhibitors will have the chance to engage with a wide range of visitors from the voluntary, public and private sectors as over 1,500 people per day attend the Gathering.
Booking your exhibition space is easy! Simply fill out the booking form and a member of our team will be in touch. We have a limited number of spaces, so book now to avoid disappointment.

You're welcome to share an exhibition space with another organisation and to share costs.
Please decide between yourselves who'll be the lead organisation. The lead organisation should book the space and be the contact for invoicing. After we've confirmed the booking with the lead organisation, you can let us know the name of the other organisation. You'll both have your own listing and profile on the Gathering exhibitors list.
Our exhibition display spaces are a great way to showcase your organisation. Organisations will be limited to a maximum of one exhibition space only, so please keep this in mind when making your booking.

*If you're not an SCVO member, check out our membership options. Organisations with an income of less than £100,000 are eligible for free membership. Other membership packages start from £279 per year.

You can choose between an electrical or non-electrical package. The electrical package comes with an electrical socket (2-way extension lead), while the non-electrical has no access to an electrical socket.
