By popular demand, we are delighted to share that our exhibition is back for 2025! On this page you'll find information about the exhibition at the Gathering 2025.
At the Gathering exhibition, exhibitors will have the chance to engage with a wide range of visitors from the voluntary, public and private sectors as over 1,500 people per day attend the Gathering.
Book a space
Booking your exhibition space is easy! Simply fill out the booking form and a member of our team will be in touch. We have a limited number of spaces, so book now to avoid disappointment.

You're welcome to share an exhibition space with another organisation and to share costs.
Please decide between yourselves who'll be the lead organisation. The lead organisation should book the space and be the contact for invoicing. After we've confirmed the booking with the lead organisation, you can let us know the name of the other organisation. You'll both have your own listing and profile on the Gathering exhibitors list.
Pricing
Our exhibition display spaces are a great way to showcase your organisation. Organisations will be limited to a maximum of one exhibition space only, so please keep this in mind when making your booking.

Exhibition package (2-day hire)
- £900 (£750 plus VAT) for SCVO member and supporter organisations
- £1,440 (£1,200 plus VAT) for non-SCVO members* and commercial, non-voluntary sector organisations
- £348 (£290 plus VAT) for electrical supply (13A supply + extension lead)
*If you're not an SCVO member, check out our membership options. Organisations with an income of less than £100,000 are eligible for free membership. Other membership packages start from £279 per year.

Exhibition spaces include:
- 3 metres by 2 metres (6 square metres) space
- One 1.8 metre trestle table complete with a blue tablecloth and two chairs
- Promotion of your organisation(s) on the Gathering website
- Listing in our Gathering Guide, distributed to all Gathering visitors
- Comprehensive support from the SCVO events team. We're here if you need to contact us - we'd love to hear from you!
You can choose between an electrical or non-electrical package. The electrical package comes with an electrical socket (2-way extension lead), while the non-electrical has no access to an electrical socket.
