MVA initiates or assists, in collaboration with other voluntary and statutory agencies, new community developments and provides practical and advisory services to the local voluntary sector and community. Services include committee training of voluntary organisations, secretarial back-up for new projects, typing, duplicating, photocopying service and use of meeting room. MVA also services the Federation of Village Halls.
