The Moray Federation of Community Halls & Associations (MFCHA), is an organisation set up to help you through the many pitfalls and the minefield of legal legislation put upon Community Associations and Village Hall Committees in the normal day to day running of your organisation. We act as an umbrella body for the whole of Moray and currently have fifty member associations for whom we act and advise on the governance and running of charities, associations and committees associated with the Third or Voluntary Sector.
