The objectives of the organisation are:1) To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of that part of Fife known as Hayfield and its environs by associating the local authorities, voluntary organisations and its inhabitants in a common effort to enhance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.2) To establish, maintain and manage Hayfield Community Centre for activities promoted by the Management Committee and its constituent members in the furtherance of the above objectives or any one of them.
