The organisation's objects are:A) To advance physical and mental health by improving confidence, health and hygiene and reducing anxiety among those with significant barriers to employment or training, particularly those affected by addiction, mental health problems or a criminal record.B) To advance education and learning by delivering work-related skills with other agencies and in the community for those who find it difficult to access training or work due to addictions, low self-esteem or a criminal record.C) To promote active citizenship through helping individuals who we support to reconnect with appropriate agencies and participate in their community through volunteering.
