The organisation has been established to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Kincardine by: A) Giving guidance to organisations and community groups. B) Associating the local authorities, voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation and to act as an advisory body in the provision of such facilities. C) Fostering community spirit for the achievement of these. D) Establishing or securing the establishment of a Community Centre and maintaining and managing, or co-operating with any local statutory authority or authorities in the maintenance and management of such a Centre.
