Civil Rights First aims to provide effective advice to all citizens, where access to justice and money advice is paramount. Advice/Representation on the following essential categories will be provided:1) Housing Debt2) Money Advice3) Mortgage and tenancy repossession4) Consumer Rights5) Employment Rights6) Legal Advice7) Simple Procedure8) Authorised Lay RepresentationThe current economic climate has seen a lack of access to free or available justice resulting in an overbearing impact on existing advice services and delivery. Civil Rights First aims to redress this imbalance, improving the quality of the service delivered and consistency in client outcomes.Together, the founding members have 20 years’ experience in dealing with clients and undertaking case work to the highest standard in reaching satisfactory conclusions.Our aim is to reduce the devastating consequences on service users, targeting vulnerable groups most in need. Working with partners with an innovative holistic approach.Protected Annual Client Financial Gain: the charity anticipates in the first year to save clients in the following ways:1) Client Financial Gain: £245,0002) Prevention of Homelessness: 70 cases3) Provision of legal representation: 120 cases
