In addition, we encourage them and boost their confidence through social and cultural integration. Our objectives are:A) To work with government, mainstream agencies, organisations, and policy makers to enhance the understanding of African and ethnic minority women, children and young people, addressing domestic violence and the barriers that prevents them from accessing services and participating in society.B) To campaign, create awareness, counsel and address violence against women, children and young people such as FGM, domestic violence, forced marriages and human trafficking.C) To empower adults, children and young people by providing skills, training, workshops, seminars, conferences and health and wellbeing opportunities to enable them to be economically independent thereby preventing and relieving poverty.D) To promote diversity and integration in arts, culture and heritage through arranging training and performances to promote dance, arts, science, music, sports, fashion shows and cultural and community activities which in turn promotes community cohesion and encourages confidence building in adults, children and young people.E) To help adults, children and young people to connect to networks, access support and services to prevent and relieve poverty.
