We are an unusual "mens shed" that has 40 Members who build archive and preserve aviation heritage.
We have built a Sopwith Strutter WW1 biplane from the original drawings over 24 years and have flown this aircraft in September 24. We have built a spitfire simulator cockpit in exact replication. We are currently building a Sopwith Pup Biplane to show our students some of these original skills.
We are active in the community giving talks and STEM work.
