Ellie's Community supports those affected by domestic abuse and similar trauma and works to help rebuild shattered lives through individual and group support. Our objects include:A) to support wellbeing, confidence and personal development by various mechanisms.B) to improve understanding of emotional and mental health issues generally.C) to promote and use cognitive behavioural approaches to improve lives.D) to promote and use mindfulness to improve lives.E) to tackle and alleviate the impacts of poverty.We offer ongoing support and post Covid have developed greater online presence.
