Our purpose is to promote and encourage the study, practice and knowledge of the arts and seek to enhance personal and community wellbeing in Penicuik and surrounding district. It directly continues the work of the Penicuik Community Arts Association (PCAA), an unincorporated charity, which is winding down. CAP is run entirely by volunteers.
