Touch of Love Outreach (TOL) is a community-driven charity based in Aberdeen, Scotland, dedicated to supporting minority ethnic communities, New Scots, and vulnerable individuals. Their mission is to alleviate the struggles of the most vulnerable by offering comprehensive support services that address food insecurity, youth empowerment, family support, and cultural integration.
Key Initiatives: Food Security: Since its inception in March 2020, TOL has distributed over 40,000 nutrient-rich food parcels, supporting more than 35,000 individuals, including over 10,000 children.
Youth Empowerment: The Touch of Love Young Achievers’ Club supports minority ethnic children and young individuals aged 5 to 25 from deprived families in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. Programs are structured into age-specific categories to foster self-determination, confidence, and collaboration.
Family Support: TOL offers holistic support and advocacy services for minority ethnic families, helping them navigate complex systems related to health, education, and social services. Their Family Hub provides perinatal services, early years support, and assistance for young carers.
International Aid: Beyond local efforts, Touch of Love International extends its compassionate hand to Nigeria and Malawi, focusing on food security, income generation, poverty alleviation, health emergency response, and education support.
Through these initiatives, Touch of Love Outreach aims to build a more inclusive, resilient, and empowered community where individuals and families can thrive despite adversities
