With the aim of growing fruits and vegetables which will be freely available; we currently have carrot, broccilli, leek, beetroot, tatties, strawberries, fennel, chives, parsley and a plum tree growing. We also have a seating area with a picnic bench, a "powwow" of tree stumps and a bug hotel. This has proved to be a well appreciated and well utilised area by community residents, NhsHighland staff and people passing by of all ages.We are also in the process of establishing a Community Dry Store Larder and a Forest Garden. On Sunday 31st July we held our first 'Community Clean-up' event funded by ThinkHealth, ThinkNature.
