Voice of Experience Forum is a registered charity which operates throughout North Lanarkshire as the champion and representative voice of older people. Our vision is for older people to have a good quality of life which is free from poverty, ill health and isolation. Our organisation is steered by a Trustees committee. Our members include representatives from: Disability organisations Community Councils Seniors Forums & Retirement Groups Churches Individuals Community Forums North Lanarkshire Council
OUR AIMS ARE: To develop and maintain effective two-way communication between the Forum and communities; to reach out, listen to and get information to older people. To influence and improve service planning and provision through robust representation and participation in decisions affecting older people. To work with other community and voluntary organisations to promote the welfare, safety and integration of older people.
