Kinneff Village Hall

Kinneff and Catterline Parish Hall was built in the 1950s and was set up with a constitution which matched its purpose at that time. Obviously the original trustees are all now dead but the Hall has continued to thrive as a meeting place for various organisations and for hire to various local clubs etc. The constitution has never been updated and we require help with this. We are a registered Charity with OSCR and have three nominated trustees. Our aim is to build a new hall as soon as we can raise sufficient funds but it has been brought to our attention by AVA that we must set up a valid constitution to reflect the organisation.
