Our dedicated Charity Law Team was specifically established to deal with all of the day-to-day charity law requirements which might arise for charities and not-for-profit organisations, including advising on charity structures and governance reviews, dealing with all of the key regulators (e.g. OSCR, HMRC and Companies House), the training and induction of charity trustees, the management of trading subsidiaries, contracts and agreements, succession/future planning, legal aspects of charity investment rules, tax compliance and relationships with government.
