Human trafficking is a merciless and misunderstood crime in Scotland. It has profound and enduring effects on individuals, families and wider society. It is often referred to as 'hidden in plain sight', meaning it is happening much closer to us than most of us think. We are considered the experts in anti-human trafficking work in Scotland and have a team who are equipped to work with cohorts with complex needs, high level policy makers and everyone between.
Our Vision A Scotland free from human trafficking and exploitation where everyone lives in freedom with dignity and respect.
Our Mission We take a human rights approach to ending human trafficking in Scotland. Our mission is:
-to prevent, identify and recover victims of human trafficking -to encourage, enable and empower survivors as they rebuild their lives -to advocate for the systemic changes needed to end the exploitation of trafficked people

Our Services -trauma informed recovery of victims of human trafficking bringing them to safety -effective and creative human trafficking prevention initiatives which build resilience -holistic support and advocacy services for survivors of human trafficking as long as they need it -cross sector training services, ie. human trafficking variety of levels including for first responders, working with people with complex needs, staff and volunteer wellbeing, creative prevention. All training can be tailored to specific sectors and organisational requirements. -second tier support to organisations/front line workers who have concerns regarding trafficking -strategic and operational guidance and tools for NGO's, statutory services and corporates supporting their response to human trafficking -consultation and knowledge sharing for policy makers on human trafficking and the wider drivers of human trafficking including, homelessness, mental health, poverty, children and young people, criminal justice, etc.
