Overall aim

This session will provide information about the services we can support third sector organisations with to ensure legal and moral compliance with all aspects of the employment relationship.

The aim is for the GCVS People & Safety Services team to present our services to board members, senior officers, managers, leaders, supervisors and anyone with line management and/or health and safety responsibilities.

Description

The PSS Manager will provide a summary presentation on the HR, H&S, Recruitment and Wellbeing services and how the cost effective services can ensure anyone with line management responsibilities can be supported for attracting and retaining the right people.

The full PSS team will then host an "Ask the Expert" panel for the audience to question the expertise of each of the panel members on any HR, Employment Law, Health & Safety, Recruitment and Wellbeing queries. If we can't answer your question, you'll get a £50 voucher to use towards any PSS support including subscription, consultancy, training or recruitment costs.

Every delegate will receive a Wellbeing Goody Bag containing lots of useful information to support mental wellbeing and a variety of free products for physical and mental wellbeing.
