This session aims to help equip trustees with the practical knowledge and confidence to ensure the governance of their organisation is good. You'll get the opportunity to hear from sector experts and share your own knowledge and experience of being on a board. We’ll look at the key elements of good governance, how you can strengthen your board's effectiveness, and help ensure the sustainability of your organisation.

You’ll find out about practical tools and resources, where to access more support for boards, and hear top tips from our experts to help your organisation to thrive.
