Led by experts from Third Sector Lab, CAST Digital Infrastructure, Charity Change Collective, and SCVO Digital, this hands-on session will help your charity unlock transformation, improve services, and empower your team with the skills and strategies needed for digital success in 2025.

The session begins with an overview of the wide range of fully-funded support, training, and consultancy available to help your organisation achieve greater impact and efficiency with digital, data, and design.

Next, you’ll take part in rapid workshops focused on actionable insights and practical strategies, covering core themes such as:

  • Driving successful digital transformation through people, processes, and technology
  • Building digital, data, and design skills with access to funded training and expert support
  • Creating effective and user-friendly websites
  • Harnessing the power of open working to stay competitive
  • Recruiting the right digital trustee to strengthen your board
  • Adopting a sustainable approach to digital to reduce your carbon footprint

You’ll leave this session equipped with new skills, greater confidence, and a clear digital roadmap - and ready to leverage networks, resources, and fully-funded support to accelerate your charity’s approach to digital transformation in 2025.
