Scotland’s voluntary sector is powered by dedicated people — staff and volunteers who make an incredible difference every day. But how is our workforce really doing? What challenges are organisations facing in recruitment, retention and wellbeing? And how can we work together to create a stronger, more sustainable future for the people who keep our sector moving?

Join SCVO, Charity Leadership Scotland, and Volunteer Scotland as we share the findings from a new Workforce Survey exploring the experiences, needs, and aspirations of those working and volunteering across the voluntary sector in Scotland.
