This event aims to give people managers and leaders an overview of ways to support and manage positive mental health in the workplace. It will explore the impact of stress within the workplace, legislation relevant to supporting employees with their mental health and wellbeing, and practical tools and resources to support this. Including special guest, Jenna McCormick from Success Facilitation.

This session is designed to support people leaders in creating mentally healthy working cultures through the exploration of evidence based and live experienced informed frameworks.
We offer an interactive learning experience through the use of the collaborative platform 'Menti' and cover key themes including:
- Defining mental health and wellbeing
- Exploring and embedding reasonable adjustments in the workplace
- Cultivating a preventative approach to managing mental health problems
- Understanding your team dynamics when creating a culture of peer lead support while creating effective pathways to support in the workplace
