- Description
Accountants Plus are specialist charity accountants, based in Lanarkshire, who partner with charities and social enterprises across Scotland. Through engagement with our current charity partners, and engagement with several third sector interfaces and social enterprise networks across the West of Scotland in 2025, we realise the increasing impact of rising costs and reduced funding in the third sector. This has been highlighted by SCVO across numerous research papers, and CEO Anna Fowlie, in the September interview with The Herald newspaper, in which Anna stated, “we are witnessing a slow-motion apocalypse,” when referring to at least one thousand Scottish charities closing every year.
With this information, Accountants Plus plan and deliver financial management focussed workshops to support the sector, and that will be the focus of this workshop.
