- Overall aim
Artificial Intelligence has captured lots of attention recently, but a digital strategy isn’t just ‘let’s do more AI’. In this session we’ll take a broader look at what your digital strategy should look like in 2026 and beyond. You’ll leave with lots of ideas on how to make digital change happen in your organisation.
- Description
SCVO have recently updated our Digital call to action for Scotland’s voluntary sector. In this fourth roadmap for digital change, we set out a fresh vision of where charities could and should be with digital in 2026 and beyond. We know that making digital change happen can be hard work. But when you get it right, it’s transformative.
Using digital well involves a broad range of areas, including Leadership and culture, Staff skills and confidence, Data and insight, Cyber security and Communications and content.
In this session, we’ll be talking with a range of charities about their experience of digital change. We’ll be exploring why they wanted to improve their digital capability, how they went about it and what benefits they are seeing.
We’ll also have an interactive Q&A where you can share your own experiences and start to develop your own high-level digital strategy.
