Close the Gap is Scotland's expert policy advocacy organisation working on women's labour market participation. We work with policymakers, employers and employees to influence and enable action to address the causes of the gender pay gap. We develop a range of guidance and tools to support employers to assess their employment policies and practices and tackle their gender pay gap.
