Built in 1882 as a School. The School closed in 1947 and in 1965 it was given to the Community for use as a village hall. There are 7 Trustees responsible for the maintenance of the Hall as a community asset. A small committee is responsible for the day- to- day running. Teas and snack are provided by volunteers over the summer months, with all profits going to the upkeep of the hall.
