The Garvald Village Hall and attached grounds are dedicated for the purposes of a Village Hall, for the use of the inhabitants of the Garvald Parish and environs, and any other such person or body as may be deemed suitable by the Committee of Management, without distinction of political, religious, or other opinions, and without discrimination by way of race, colour or creed. Facilities can be booked for a variety of events including use for meetings, lectures, classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of enhancing the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
