The original purpose of the organisation was to maintain the Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of Bridge of Orchy for the purposes of physical and mental training and recreation and social, moral and intellectual development through the medium of reading and recreation rooms, library, lectures, classes and other forms of recreation.At present the organisation's main aims are to: A) Renovate, re-open, update and maintain the Village Hall and to seek funding / hold fundraising events in respect of this.B) Continue to engage the local community in the above.C) Look at whether the way in which we are constituted is the most advantageous for our purposes and circumstances.
