This award celebrates organisations that have made the most of digital opportunities to develop your services, support communities and build capability.

Perhaps your organisation has transformed how you work with communities using digital tools and approaches to reach people who didn’t engage with you before. Or maybe you’ve worked with staff and volunteers to understand your data better and tell the story of your impact in a more effective and efficient way.

We’re looking for organisations that have contributed to a digitally inclusive and connected Scotland. We want to see how you’ve used digital to make a meaningful difference to the lives of the people you work with.

Judging criteria

Our judges want to understand more about how your organisation has made sure you have the skills and capacity you need to deliver accessible digital services. In your answers and supporting evidence you should try to include:

  • A clear outline of how digital has helped you meet the needs of your community, and how you involved them in the change
  • The story of what made this year special
  • Facts and figures that highlight how you’ve achieved your success
  • Real-life examples of the impact of the work you’ve done, which may include case studies and/or testimonials
