Based in Crieff, Strathearn Arts is a charity registered in Scotland SC044319, recently celebrating our 10th anniversary.

We are a beacon of cultural vibrancy in rural Perthshire and are committed to bringing the highest possible quality performers, artists, and musicians to the area.

People are at the heart of Strathearn Arts. Our dedicated team of staff, trustees, and over 50 remarkable volunteers pour their energy and passion into curating our expanding line-up of community events and activities. Their unwavering commitment is the driving force behind our mission to serve and enrich our community.

Our growing organisation became detached from our volunteers resulting in low engagement.

We diverted our Smartsheet software skills to build our own bespoke volunteer portal, delivering a single place to access news, view upcoming events & book volunteering opportunities.

In collaboration with our volunteers, we scoped, created, tested & launched ‘Volunteer Viewpoint’. News, Opportunities, Feedback & Quick links – all in one place.
