Keith Manson - Reach Lanarkshire Autism
Reach seeks to bridge the gap in post diagnostic services across Lanarkshire; and to provide support to families who have a young person with an Autism Spectrum Condition living within Lanarkshire.
Keith is an outstanding candidate for Employee of the Year, having made a significant impact at REACH Lanarkshire since joining last year. With a strong management background, he quickly developed expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorder to better support members. He expanded the team, improved training, and created a welcoming environment. Keith built community partnerships and introduced innovative funding initiatives to ensure sustainability. He also redesigned services to provide tailored support, increasing engagement and positive feedback from families. Combining strategic vision with compassion, Keith consistently exceeds expectations, strengthening the charity and expanding access to vital support for young people and families.
