Alan Bailey - Bedrule Church Future

Bedrule Church Future owns and manages Bedrule Church, on behalf of the local community. Not only is it a focus for supporting religious services and activities, the church also serves as a venue for a range of events, associated with preserving and promoting the historical and cultural heritage of the building and area.

Alan Bailey brought the BCF team together in January 2025, with the aim of saving Bedrule Church, for the Rule Water community, so it could continue as a place of worship, of spiritual well-being and advance the historical and cultural heritage of the local area. With determined, hardworking and mindful leadership, he managed our fund-raising campaign across many obstacles, to a successful conclusion: Bedrule Church became community owned by our SCIO on 19th December 2025. Presently, Alan takes the trustees and community forward with the successful management of the church, to ensure it will be there for future generations.
