We realise there are occasions when you may have to change your plans and wish to change or cancel your booking. If you wish to cancel your booking before Monday 1 June 2026, a cancellation charge of 10% of the booking price will be charged. Any cancellation made on or after Monday 1 June 2026 will be charged the full price.

If you wish someone to attend in place of you or your guest, please notify us via email of their name, email address, and any requirements (including dietary requirements) before 1 June 2026. Please note there is no charge for this.

Notice of any dietary requirements or allergies must be received in writing before 1 June 2026 to ensure your request is met.

Notice of any changes or cancellations must be received via email.
