Terms & conditions

We realise there are occasions when you may have to change your plans and wish to change or cancel your booking. If you wish to cancel your booking before Monday 9 June 2025 a 10% cancellation charge of the booking price will be charged. Any cancellation made after the Monday 9 June 2025 will be charged the full price.

If you wish someone to attend in place of you or your guest please notify us in writing of their name, email address and dietary requirements before 9 June 2025. Please note there is no charge for this.

For any special dietary requirements or allergies must be received in writing before 9 June 2025 to ensure your request is met.

Notice of any changes or cancellations must be received in writing.
