- Overall aim
Join SCVO's CEO Anna Fowlie, and a range of voices from across the sector for a lively debate about what it would look like if we took a more radical approach to Governance. We aim to thrash out the challenges of being too maverick, and the risks of doing nothing.
- Description
The voluntary sector needs more diverse and dynamic governance, to better reflect Scottish society. To achieve this governance needs to feel like less of a 'closed shop'. What do we need to change to see more inclusive boards, less red tape and a more agile approach to Governance? Join us to hear from traditionalists and disruptors on both sides of the debate, and to celebrate examples of charities and community groups that have ways of doing things differently.
