- Description
IS THIS YOU? Community Learning and Development (CLD) is delivered in diverse settings and sectors, by practitioners with a wide variety of job titles and volunteer roles, supporting people of all ages and their communities. CLD is unique and it matters. It is a field of professional practice that enables people to identify their own individual and collective goals, to take action to bring about change and through this to achieve these goals.
The CLD Standards Council Scotland is the professional body for people who work or volunteer in community learning and development in Scotland.
You can be a part of and shape the development of a body that represents the CLD sector. Becoming a member is free and supports the recognition of CLD as a professional approach with confident, competent CLD practitioners.
