Running your organisation Policy & influencing Volunteering
Description

In this interactive session, we’ll hear from those that have introduced Scotland’s Volunteering Action Plan into their work. Through interactive tools and workshop discussion we’ll show how you can do this for your group, organisation and community. We’ll bring the Plan to life for participants in the room. We’ll also recap on the first 18 months of VAP (it was launched at the last Gathering in 2022) - highlighting the achievements so far as well as showing how the Plan has adapted to the Cost of Living Crisis and other emerging needs.
