- Description
What does a Human Rights and Equalities first approach look like and why should you take one?
Join us as we look at how you can bring human rights and equalities into the way you work, develop as an organisation and create an inclusive culture that extends out to the way you deliver your services.
Over the last year we've been providing training and talking to Scotland's Third Sector about what it means to take a Human Rights and Equalities first approach to our work.
At this session, you will get to find out more about what this kind of approach means, the benefits it brings and get the chance to think about how to start the conversation at your own organisation.
