- Overall aim
With the concept of the Wellbeing Economy gaining increasing attention and support throughout Scotland we have set up this event to achieve two key aims:
- Firstly, we want to present the vision for a Wellbeing Economy in Scotland that WEAll Scotland has developed with our Allies and the wider movement.
- Secondly, we want to facilitate a conversation to further develop the vision and to discuss the role the third sector can and should play in the transition to a Wellbeing Economy.
- Description
The concept of the Wellbeing Economy is gaining increasing attention and support throughout Scotland, with the Scottish Government recently appointing a Cabinet Secretary for Wellbeing Economy. But what is the Wellbeing Economy? And what is the role of the third sector in building it?
Join us and a panel of expert speakers from across the sector at this event to:
- Learn about what a Wellbeing Economy is and the work that WEAll Scotland has been doing to build a vision and movement for a Wellbeing Economy in Scotland.
- Find out what the key opportunities and challenges are for the third sector to play their part in delivering a Wellbeing Economy
- Discuss and create a vision with your peers on how the third sector can help make it happen.
